Pillar 3: Students learn from a highly skilled and diverse
The Lowell Public School System populates its schools with highly
skilled administrators, teachers, and support staff. We will refocus
our recruitment efforts to build a diverse workforce and to continue to
seek out and retain the highest quality individuals to serve our
learners and their families.
Key Performance Indicator: The percentage of diverse teaching staff will increase from 10.2% to 20% by 2021.
